  • Drink lots of water. Common mistake is that we often misinterpret thirst for hunger. Don’t start looking for the most convenient food you can grab when your body just might be simply asking for water.
  • Pastries or sweets do not have to be completely gone from your diet, but consider them am indulgence that can only be taken once in a while.
  • Instead of using salt, try using herbs to season your food.
